Dan Pratt
President & CEO
Dan Pratt initially worked in the financial industry, holding positions with a commercial bank and an international holding company that owned steel mills and technology plants. He joined the family business in 1983 and became president in 1989. Dan served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Education Committee of Screen Graphics and Imaging Association (SGIA). He is a member of the printing industry group, SPIRE and is a board member and past president of Indianapolis' Meals on Wheels.
Tom Pratt
Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
After a successful sales career with a major pharmaceutical organization, Tom joined Pratt in 1987 as sales manager of the company’s Midland Plastics Division, a catalog business for distributors and wholesalers. Honored throughout his leadership career in visual merchandising, graphics, and store design, he was elected to Pratt’s Board of Directors in 1998.
Doc Pratt
Board Chairman
Doc Pratt has spent over 40 years at Pratt, with a “hands-on” focus on the operations of the company. Doc graduated from Notre Dame University and began his professional life with positions at TWA and IBM.
